What things cost
Credits are the only currency in Case Closed. Buy them in packs, spend them on cases, keep the rest. 1 credit is about $1 CAD; bigger packs carry a bonus. Prices are in Canadian dollars; tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Subscriptions
Both new Official CaseClosed Games every month, the whole Official back catalogue while you are subscribed, and bonus credits on top. Cases you unlock stay playable after you cancel. Creator CaseClosed Games are never included.

What a case costs
One purchase covers three attempts and a team of up to four. The library has two tabs, priced apart on purpose.
Official CaseClosed Games
Built and QA'd by us, two a month. Priced by stars inside the 20–40 credits (≈ $20–40 CAD) band.

The training case — the first 2-star Official CaseClosed Game — is free once for a new, non-guest account with no purchase yet.
Creator CaseClosed Games
Written by players, built by the same engine, sold in their own tab. The creator sets the price inside the 5–20 credits (≈ $5–20 CAD) band and earns 15 % of every copy in credits.
Subscriptions never include Creator CaseClosed Games. Leaderboards, the forum and the monthly slots keep the two tabs apart too.
Match teams: a group of five or more adds extra teams of up to four at the full case price per team, outside the buyer's three attempts.
Building your own case
The brief and the synopsis are free (up to three briefs at a time). Building the full playable case is a one-time price by stars — it covers generation, QA cold-solves at all four team sizes and document rendering.

The two rules
- Credits never expire. An unspent balance is never lost.
- Credits are never cash. Bought, granted or earned, a credit is spent in the game and nowhere else. There is no cash-out.
No refunds except where a documented bug or glitch prevented delivery or play, reviewed case by case by email. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. See the Refund Policy.
